These terms of use are entered into by agreement between YOU, the seller, and the platform, BID ON BEEF, LLC
The following terms are determined by BID ON BEEF and www.bidonbeef.com. Once agreed upon, this agreement offers access to our platform, marketing, and auction services.
These terms are applicable to all sales and purchases through our website. Amendments and updates on the terms and conditions may be updated from time to time at our discretion without notice.
Please, review these terms periodically for changes. By using this website, you are agreeing to our terms of service in the current version.
Participation in our services is available by invitation only. Bid On Beef has a stringent vetting process to ensure our customers have an excellent buying experience every single time. Qualifying sellers will be trained on our expectations for beef quality, service, packaging, and delivery. An inability to meet these standards may disqualify future participation in this platform, at our discretion.
Sellers must work with a USDA-inspected facility for processing and packaging. Shipping of product is the responsibility of the seller. Sellers must provide a 100% guarantee on their product, should issues arise in shipping, delivery, or quality. Through participation on this platform, sellers agree to represent all products in a clear and transparent manner that reflects the true merits of the product sold.
By submitting product to sell on this platform, sellers agree to a world-wide use, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license for Bid on Beef to reproduce, adapt, and publish information on the site and relating social media channels.
Registration to use our site is completely free. To participate in an auction, users must register an account. To qualify to bid and make purchases in Bid on Beef sales, a credit card must be included in the account registration. We maintain the right to keep this card on file; however, rest assured, your privacy and security is a top priority for Bid on Beef.
Once registered, this will update your status to “approved bidder,” and allow you to actively bid in auctions. Your credit card will be verified with a $1 charge and credited to ensure qualification of enrollment. Online bidding and buying privileges will only be available to those who can agree to and pay under legally binding contracts following applicable law. Our services are not available for minors.
Refusal of participation to services is at the sole discretion of Bid On Beef. Please, do not register if you do not qualify or cannot adhere to our terms of service.
We strive to provide a user-friendly process for both buyers and sellers. Satisfaction of completed transactions is critical, and the Bid On Beef platform is focused on providing a simple, easy way to buy and sell with confidence.
A bid is valid and binding until the auction closes. Submission of a higher bid by another party does not withdraw previous bids. In a live auction, the auctioneer is the determining judge of the winning bidder in the event of a tie. Winning bids are determined in a live or timed close, and terms will be described with each individual auction for full transparency of how purchases can be made.
Bids are binding agreements; please do not bid if you cannot pay. If you are the winning bid on a lot, you will receive notification within 48 hours with your invoice. Beef is sold by the pound. If you bid $50 on 100 lbs., your total will be $5,000, plus shipping. Your total will be submitted by invoice, and we accept credit card payments to complete the transaction.
Sellers are required and are solely responsible for delivery of products. Bid on Beef is not responsible for lost, damaged, or unsatisfactory transactions. However, rest assured, Bid on Beef carefully selects sellers based on quality, reputation, values, and the ability to conduct good, reliable business dealings, and should issues arise, we will assist in ensuring problems are addressed and reconciled between buyer and seller.
Bid on Beef is not liable for loss of profits, lost deliveries, or issues of negligence. Sellers arecarry 100% liable and responsibile. Safety of the food product is further ensured during the USDA inspection process.
We provide our service and platform “as is” without any warranty or conditions. All transactions are the responsibility of buyers and sellers.
The company is not responsible for poor internet connectivity or loss of service during auctions. Purchases made are non-refundable. Credit card information is stored by the company’s credit card processor.
Bid on Beef is a broadcasting platform and listing agency only. Bid on Beef maintains responsibility of the listing service, the effectiveness of the bidding process to allow for confidence in both buyers and sellers. Bid on Beef is responsible for sending invoices and ensuring the payment process has been completed. Execution on the contract for the sale is expressly between the buyer and the seller.
